What airport should I fly into?
The closest major airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), about 45 minutes from Truckee. 

Do you provide airport transportation?
We don't arrange shuttles, but we're happy to help coordinate carpools among attendees! 

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 5:00 PM on May 14th. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on May 17th.

Is parking available?
Yes! 

What activities are included?
Your retreat includes relationship-building workshops, group games, access to the spa area, and a complimentary hydrogen foot bath. 

Are there additional activities available?

Yes! We offer additional massage treatments for an extra fee. Details and pricing will be shared before the retreat.

Can I leave the property during free time?
Absolutely! You're welcome to explore downtown Truckee, visit Lake Tahoe (about 20-30 minutes away), or venture out during your free time.

Is there a payment plan? 

Yes! Please email candace@travelsavvy.vip to request a payment plan. 

Can I go alone? 

Not this time! We plan on future focused retreats that might better suit your needs if you plan on attending a retreat solo! 

1. Choose where you want to go from the options in the resort category of the website.  
2. Fill out the booking request form.   
3. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours.
4. Your booking will be confirmed after you pay the booking deposit, which is (percentage or dollar amount)
5. You will then receive your reservation confirmation with final instructions on processing payments, airport transportation and checking into your resort!

If you've won a trip or discount via one of our campaigns, congratulations! Already a winner! Now, we just need you to add the promotional code to the initial booking form. You will see the discount on your invoice! Once again congrats and happy traveling! 

You have 24 hours after booking to cancel your reservation. After those 24 hours, this becomes a nonrefundable reservation. 

You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation, after this if any further changes are required a penalty of USD$75.00 will apply, or you will be advised to cancel and rebook your reservation. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.

Good news: your guest list can be edited. As long as you are swapping names, one guest for an alternate guest, this is very easy. The first edit is complimentary. Any edits after this will result in a $75.00 change fee. If you end up lowering your person count, this also needs to be communicated. If you show up with less people than anticipated, (without pre-communication) you will still be responsible for paying the full All Inclusive rate for that individual. 

The All-Inclusive benefits of Lifestyle resorts is one of our favorites for restful travel! We eat well, eat often, and drink to our hearts content! 

All inclusive means that 100% of your meals and drinks on the resort are pre-paid for.  You will pay for your all-inclusive bracelets at checkin. The costs are different depending on your booking. Villa's include an in-house prepared breakfast that increases the cost of that All-inclusive option...but so worth it in our opinion!
