Booking and Reservations

How do I book a Luxury Resort?

  1. Choose where you want to go from the options in the resort category of the website.  
  2. Fill out the booking request form.   
  3. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours.
  4. Your booking will be confirmed after you pay the booking deposit, which is (percentage or dollar amount)
  5. You will then receive your reservation confirmation with final instructions on processing payments, airport transportation and checking into your resort! 

How do I book a hotel?

Hotel Booking on this site is coming Soon! For now, you can book via https://candacecortez.inteletravel.com/booktravel.cfm. 


How do I take advantage of a promotional offer?

If you've won a trip or discount via one of our campaigns, congratulations! Already a winner! Now, we just need you to add the promotional code to the initial booking form. You will see the discount on your invoice! Once again congrats and happy traveling! 


Changes and Cancelations

Cancelation Policy?

You have 24 hours after booking to cancel your reservation. After those 24 hours, this becomes a nonrefundable reservation. 

Can I change my dates?

You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation, after this if any further changes are required a penalty of USD$75.00 will apply, or you will be advised to cancel and rebook your reservation. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.

What if I need to change my guest list?

Good news: your guest list can be edited. As long as you are swapping names, one guest for an alternate guest, this is very easy. The first edit is complimentary. Any edits after this will result in a $75.00 change fee. If you end up lowering your person count, this also needs to be communicated. If you show up with less people than anticipated, (without pre-communication) you will still be responsible for paying the full All Inclusive rate for that individual.

What Does All Inclusive mean?

The All-Inclusive benefits of Lifestyle resorts is one of our favorites for restful travel! We eat well, eat often, and drink to our hearts content! 


All inclusive means that 100% of your meals and drinks on the resort are pre-paid for.  You will pay for your all-inclusive bracelets at checkin. The costs are different depending on your booking. Villa's include an in-house prepared breakfast that increases the cost of that All-inclusive option...but so worth it in our opinion!

Who is on the Travel Savvy Team?

Is this really better than a more mainstream booking site?

There are 2 main reasons why we say YES, booking with Travel Savvy is better than booking with Expedia or Groupon, etc. 1- we work hard to make sure our prices are competitive. While we might sometimes get outdone by a seasonal sale, our average booking is cheaper than what we find on other travel sites. We are consistently checking to make sure this stays true! 2- When you book with us, it's not a huge organization that receives the profits from a hotel partnership. It's us! The Cortez's! That money literally helps pay our bills, fuels our college funds, and is padding our retirement plans! 

What if I need to cancel?

If you have already paid the non-refundable deposit, that unfortunately cannot be returned to you. That money covers the upfront costs of our website and time organizing your booking. The work always exits upfront, before a single booking takes place.  This is in direct coorelation to the hotel and resort cancelation processes.
